Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by LLC “Green Mood Flowers” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

Basic concepts used in the Policy  

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases, and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining, without the use of additional information, the принадлежность of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data;
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website [https://secretflowers.uz/, UCC](https://secretflowers.uz/, UCC) information kiosks and the Book of Complaints and Suggestions;
2.9. User – any visitor of the website [https://secretflowers.uz/, UCC](https://secretflowers.uz/, UCC) information kiosks and the Book of Complaints and Suggestions; 2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons; 2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in mass media, размещение in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way; 2.12. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which physical carriers of personal data are destroyed. 2.13. Location is requested in order to know the delivery address in the future.  2.14. Access to photos and videos is requested so that the client can scan the QR code issued on the certificate and thereby replenish their virtual wallet.  

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Full name;
3.2. Date of birth;
3.3. Type of activity;
3.4. Marital status;
3.5. Number of family members;
3.6. Email address;
3.7. Phone numbers;
3.8. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including “cookie” files) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
3.9. The above-mentioned data are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.  

4. Purposes of personal data processing  

4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending SMS and push notifications; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website; feedback based on submitted applications.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a request to the company through any official communication channels marked “Refusal of notifications about new products and services, and special offers.”
4.3. Anonymized User data collected using internet statistics services serve to collect information about User actions on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.  

5. Legal grounds for personal data processing  

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special questionnaires/forms located on the website https:// secretflowers.uz/, UCC information kiosks and the Book of Complaints and Suggestions. By filling out the relevant questionnaires/forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data if this is allowed in the User’s browser settings (saving of “cookie” files and use of JavaScript technology are enabled).  

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing   The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures excluding access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
6.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator through any official communication channels marked “Updating personal data.”
6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to the Operator through any official communication channels marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”  

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The User may receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator through any official communication channels.
7.2. Any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
